Sponsorship and Support Opportunities
We welcome your
participation in our DOG ART FOR OLD FRIENDS event! Your funding support helps us cover all event
costs and ensures that money generated from ticket sales and during the event
goes directly to our sanctuary. Whether
you participate as a Supporter or Sponsor, your organization receives a benefits
and recognition package that may include tickets to the event. It is important to all of us that you get a
first-hand look at where your money is going.
Sponsorship Recognition Packages – 3 Levels
1. “Old Friend Presenting Sponsor” Level - $5,000+ (1 exclusive opportunity)
v Premium placement of your name and logo with “Old Friend Presenting Sponsor” designation on:
· Event advertisements
· Thank you signage displayed at event
· Programs distributed at event
· DOG ART FOR OLD FRIENDS website
v Prominent thank you on OFSDS website
v A minimum of three posts on the OFSDS Facebook Page (600,000 likes)
v Special mention in public service announcements & media opportunities
v Special recognition throughout and during the live program at the event
v First right of refusal for presenting sponsorship opportunity for 2016 event
v 4 complimentary tickets to event
2. “Old Friend Sponsor” Level - $1,000-$4,999
v Placement of your name and logo with “Old Friend Sponsor” designation on:
· Event advertisements
· Thank you signage displayed at event
· Programs distributed at event
· DOG ART FOR OLD FRIENDS website
v Thank you on OFSDS website
v One post on the OFSDS Facebook Page (600,000 likes)
v Special recognition during the live program at the event
v 2 complimentary tickets to event
3. “Dog Art” Sponsor Level - $350 for each individual dog statue (50 opportunities)
Name and logo with “Dog Art” sponsor designation where sponsored statue is mentioned on or at:
· Printed materials and advertising
· Recognition at auction event
· Programs distributed at event
· DOG ART FOR OLD FRIENDS website and Facebook page
In-kind Support Opportunities
If your organization would prefer to help underwrite a particular part of the evening or can provide products or services to help us defray costs, please contact us directly to discuss the available options. The scope of the DOG ART FOR OLD FRIENDS is fairly large, and in addition to managing statue, advertising, catering, and audio visual costs, we work hard to balance our financial accountability with the social benefits and entertainment value of the event. In-kind Sponsors will receive sponsorship benefits based on the value of the product(s) or service(s) provided. If an in-kind sponsorship is a better fit for your organization, or if you would like to partner with us to support an element of the evening tailored to your organization’s goals, product offerings, or brand, please email Karen at [email protected] to discuss further.
Online / Silent Auction Donation
An Online / Silent Auction Donation is a great complement or alternative to Funding and In-Kind Sponsorship. This is a great opportunity to raise needed funds for OFSDS and gain positive recognition for your organization and your product offerings. These items offer great entertainment value for our guests, and even better, someone gets something they absolutely love! Artwork, sports and film memorabilia, electronics, gift cards, one-of-a-kinds, the eclectic, the creative—the possibilities are endless. Your organization’s participation in our Online / Silent Auction will add to a spectacular evening of fun & excitement. All items accepted will start on our online auction by summer 2015, and items valued at $250 or more will carry over to our live auction. Items valued at less than $250, and at the discretion of our committee, will be sold to the highest online bidder prior to the live action.
